SEIFERT, Genevieve - Of Flint, age 85, died Sunday, June 18, 2017 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, June 23, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Entombment at Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 11am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Genevieve was born in West Branch, MI on June 13, 1932, the daughter of the late Henry and Lucinda (Burt) Trout. On September 9, 1961, she married David Seifert and he preceded her in death on October 20, 2016. She and her husband owned Seifert's Coin Laundry and Dry Cleaners from 1984-2015.
Surviving are nieces and nephews, Lori Rousseau, Nathan Cockram, Shane Rousseau, Greg Zettle, Judy Zettle and Susan Martinez;
great-nephew, Kyle Rousseau;
and brother, George Trout.
She was preceded in death by brother, Russel Trout, sisters, Dorthy Paris and Irene Zettle, niece, Marilyn Sue Paris and nephew, Phillip Paris.
