Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:30pm Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton.

Entombment in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Visitation 5-8pm Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Friday evening at the funeral home.
Donna was born in Flint on January 6, 1933, the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary (Beason) Swanson. On May 13, 1961, she married Donald Pichey at St Luke’s Catholic Church and he preceded her in death on January 20, 2016. Donna was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for 60 years. She was also a member of the National Twins Club. Her hobbies included gardening and yard work. Donna loved animals, particularly dogs. She also loved holding babies, especially her grandchildren. Above all else, she loved her family.
Surviving are children, John (Shari) Pichey, Michael (Lisa) Pichey, Carolyn (Greg) Thompson and Steven Pichey;
grandchildren, Blake, Erica, Christopher, Krista, Nick and Alex;
sister, Delores Roberts and brother, Ray Swanson;
and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Janet (Ward) Blaine, sister-in-law, Carol Swanson and brother-in-law, Earl Roberts.
