POLOVINA, Curtis J. – of Flint, age 25, passed away February 22, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Dave Hintz officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Tuesday and 12 PM until time of service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Curtis was born in Flint, MI on August 13, 1992, son of Robbie Polovina and Jessica (Fetters) Pipkin. He attended Kearsley Schools for a while and graduated High School from East Plano, TX. Curtis participated in Celebrated Recovery at Central Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed drawing, music and playing hockey.
Curtis is survived by his Mom and Dad, Jessica (Juston) Pipkin and Robbie (Dawn) Polovina; siblings, Devon Pipkin, Brianna Pipkin, Ashley Pipkin and Jayden Polovina; grandparents, Michael (Betty) Polovina, Debra Howell, Deborah Foss and John Fetters; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Big Papa, Milan Steven Polovina; great-grandma, Charlene Hawks; great-great grandma, Eleanor Griswold; great-grandma, Ernie Watts; uncles, Daniel Pipkin and Brian Pipkin; aunt, Carrie Hawks.
