CLARK, Michael Wayne – of Montrose, age 52, died Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Genesys Convalescent Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Montrose. Burial will be in Montrose Cemetery. Friends may call at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose on Wednesday from 1 PM to 8 PM where a prayer service will be held at 7 PM. He will lie in state at the church on Thursday from 10 AM until time of Mass at 11 AM. Contributions may be made to the family for Jacki's college education.
Mike was born on August 30, 1961 in Flint, the son of Wayne and Marie (Hays) Clark He was a 1979 graduate of Montrose High School. He married Laura Grosko on June 4, 2004. Mr. Clark attended St. Roberts Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, playing ball, fishing, mowing the lawn and coaching his daughter's baseball team.
Surviving are: wife, Laura; daughters, Stacey (Robert) Canales of GA, Jacki Clark of Flushing; 1 grandson, Joseph; father, Wayne Clark; brother, Jeffrey Clark of Owosso; sister, Brenda (Timothy) Zamora of Flushing; special cousin, Duane Clark of Montrose; nieces, nephews and many other relatives.
