Age 77, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Kith Haven Nursing Home. Funeral service 11:00 AM Saturday, August 31, 2019 at King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church, 2220 W. Coldwater Rd., Pastor Jessie D. McIntosh, Host Pastor, Rev. Lugene Maxie, officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy., Mt. Morris, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Church 10:45 AM Saturday. Mr. Matthews will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 1:00 PM-8:00 PM Friday with family present to receive friends from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. |
