ROBISON, Lillian “Ann” – Of Flint, age 77, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at The Oaks at Woodfield.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Lillian was born in Blythesville, Arkansas on October 4, 1937, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jessie Yates.
Ann married Bill Robison on November 23, 1956.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling, her dog, Zoe, entertaining at her home and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ann retired as the Deputy Treasurer of Genesee Township.
Surviving are husband, Bill;
three children, William and wife Kimberly of Plano, Texas,
Scott and wife Bonnie of Genesee Township,
Ted and wife Denise of Ovid, Michigan;
six grandchildren, Chad and wife Chayna,
Jordan,
Chase,
Jessica and husband Matthew Stromer,
Christopher “Chip”, Cassie;
two great-grandchildren, Cam’Ron and Emma; Reid, on the way;
special friends, Amber, Chloe and Victoria;
sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Rosalie (Bill) Jarae, the late Bob (Betty Anne) Robison and Joe (Helen) Robison;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph (Virginia) Yates and sister, Rose Yates.
