JONES, Lorna M. (Folaron) – Of Flint, age 58, died Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Lorna was born in Flint, Michigan on October 31, 1955, daughter of the late Francis and Christina (Dawson) Folaron.
She loved to play Bingo and going to casinos with her best friend, Teresa King and enjoyed taking care of people.
Surviving are children, Jennifer (Gilbert) Carper,
Michael (Jennifer) Jones,
Chad (Natasha) Jones and
Julie (Grant) Keding;
grandchildren, Bryce, Chase, Mikey Jr., Bailey, Kaylee, Owen and Jayce;
twin sister, Loretta Potter;
sisters, Nancy (Dave) Cook, Georgana (Ken) King and Tina Folaron;
brothers, Richard (Nancy) Folaron and Edwin (Rose) Folaron.
She was preceded in death by parents; sister, Patricia Jobin and grandson, Braedon Jones.
