Anderson II, Mr. Leon age-47 passed away Wednesday March 15, 2017 in Phoenix, Az. Funeral services will be held at 11:30am Monday March 27, 2017 from the Faith United Methodist Church 2266 W. Coldwater Rd. Pastor Brian Willingham officiating. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Bedford Rd. Holly, Mi.til Family and friends will assemble at the church 10am for visitation. Mr. Anderson will repose at the church after 9am Monday only and may be viewed until time of services.
Mr. Leon Anderson II was born September 19, 1969 in Flint, Michigan the son of the late Leon and Constance Quinola Anderson I. Leon was a disabled U.S. Veteran and a very crafty entrepreneur and loved spending time with his family. He was always the life of the party and was nicknamed by his father “Mr. Coot”.
He leaves to cherish his memories: daughters Deanna Lewis of Birmingham, Al., Ngozi Anderson and son Leon Anderson III both of Phoenix, Az., siblings Ericka Gardner of Commerce Twp., Mi., Dwaune Anderson of Hope, Ark., Adreienne Anderson of Flint, Mi., Candace Anderson of Phoenix, Az., Andrew Starks of Little Rock, Ark., Marquavaious Anderson of Flint, Mi., step-brothers, Anthony Wesley, Stacy Morrison and step-sister, Tracy Franklin all of Flint, Mi. A host of special cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents Leon Anderson I and Constance Quinola Anderson, grandparents, Helen and Kenneth Owens and Robert C. Lewis and Willie Mae Johnson.
