KLOBUCHAR, Jean Isabel - Age 90, of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, April 19, 2020. Burial has taken place at Sunset Hills Cemetery and a service to celebrate Jean's life will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
Jean was born August 4, 1929 in Detroit, the daughter of Clarence and Alta (Heinzman) Leeck. She was a 1947 graduate of Flint Central High School. She had resided in Swartz Creek since 1993 coming from Flint. Jean married Joseph Klobuchar December 11, 1948 in Flint. She retired in 1985 from AC Spark Plug as a Executive Secretary.
Surviving are: her husband of 71 years, Joseph; children, Joseph Klobuchar, Jr. of Grand Blanc, Joan Florence of Owosso, and James (Ellen) Klobuchar of Flint Township; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jeri Lynn Poisson; sister, Marilyn Butterfield; and brother, Manuel Leeck. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
