HILL, Elmer Roy “Roy”. – age 73, died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center of Grand Blanc. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 3PM Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Harmony Free Will Baptist Church - 3284 Hemphill Rd. in Burton. Pastor Allen West officiating.
Roy was born February 16, 1942 in Flint to the late Elmer Roy and Velma Grace (Dyer) Hill. He graduated from Millington High School. Roy enjoyed riding dirt bikes, boating and camping. He volunteered at the Davison Friday Night Cruise and was an annual visitor of the Frankenmuth Auto Fest, as well as Pure Stock Muscle Car Drags in Stanton. Roy took great pride in showing and cleaning his car. He was very supportive of his church and enjoyed maintaining the lawn. Roy was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen V. Smith.
