MULLINS, Milford (Moon) – Of Bancroft, age 71, died Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Willis C. Hurley officiating.
Burial in Freemont Cemetery in Bancroft.
Those desiring may make contributions to the family.
Visitation 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Mullins was born in Pilgrims Knob, Virginia on August 15, 1940,
son of the late Ramey and Nancy (Rowe) Mullins.
On April 15, 1964 he married Carolyn Ward in Virginia.
He loved raising Labs, hunting and farming.
Mr. Mullins retired from GM V-8 Engine Plant in 1998.
Surviving are wife, Carolyn;
son, Anthony and wife Janet;
grandchildren, Jessica and Jerrod;
sisters, Lassie Mitchell, Margie McCarken, Betty and husband Steve Sparks;
many nieces and nephews.
