FISHER, Jeral W. - Of Flint Township, age 93, died Tuesday, June 5, 2024 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Jeral was born in Belle City, Missouri on May 18, 1931, the son of the late William and Mabel Fisher. On October 21, 1958, he married Peggy Jones. Jeral served in the United States Army in the Korean War. Exclusive Fraternity of Honor Chosen Few. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge Morning Star #556 in Swartz Creek, Elf Khurafeh Shriners, and Scottish Rite Lodge Council Charter Consistory. He owned and operated Fisher Wrecking Inc. for at least 40 years in Flint.
Surviving are wife, Peggy;
Daughter Pamela Slater;
Grandsons, Michael Slater and Bradley Slater;
And Sister, Jennifer Hahn
He was preceded in death by his son, Wayne Fisher.
