MOSSMAN, Frances J. (Franni) - Of Davison, age 52, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011 at her residence.Memorial Service will be held 7p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,Deacon Anthony W. Verdun, Sr. officiating.Cremation has taken place. Visitation 5p.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Franni was born in Richmond, Kentucky on January 7, 1959 and was a resident of the Flint area most of her life. She married Mark Mossman on September 27, 1997. Franni was employed as a Corrections Officer in Lapeer, worked for New Path, she was also a Probation Officer in Genesee County. Franni was a former board member of the Fraternal Order of Police and a Youth Coach for Richfield and Davison Township Baseball and Basketball.
Surviving are husband, Mark; children, John (Ashley Spitz) Carr, Bailey Patterson and fiancé Allan Miller, Brandon Mossman, Brooke Mossman, Ashley (Todd) McCann; mother, Marcella Griffin and father, Paul Griffin; many grandchildren that she loved so much; and Sister, Melinda (Steven) Tanner.
