DIMICH, Betty – of Davison, age 90, passed away January 27, 2019 at Stonegate Health Campus – Lapeer. A Funeral Service will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Fr. Matthew-Peter Butrie officiating. Private burial will be in Assyrian Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be from 11 AM until time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Betty was born in Chicago, IL on August 26, 1928, daughter of the late Paul and Barbara (Samac) Saidoo. She married Mike Dimich on October 18, 1947 and he preceded her in death on March 4, 2015. Betty was a member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. She owned and operated Amon Hardware and the Doghouse Lounge. Betty retired from Whitey’s after 30 years.
Betty is survived by her children, Stan (Susan) Dimich, Dan (Rosemary) Dimich and Paula (Kevin) Koplen; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son, Milan, brothers, Nick and Peter; sister, Josephine.
