DELL, William L. Sr. - Of Grand Blanc, age 81, died peacefully on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Mr. Gil Humphreys officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service. Burial will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation 12-3pm and 5-8pm Thursday and 11am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
William was born in Boyne City, Michigan on August 21, 1935, the son of the late Howard and Myrna (Stanley) Dell. William served in the United States Army during Korean War. He was employed with General Motors for 43 years and was also an Eagle Scout.
Surviving are wife, Doris;
children, Noel (Nancy) Dell, Dianna Stroud, Wanda (Roger) Frost, William Jr. (Sharon) Dell;
15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
