FREDERICK, Kirk - Of Burton, age 54, died Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held 1pm, March 3, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery
Visitation 4-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association or to the family.
Kirk was born in Flint on July 29, 1963, the son of Jack and Beverly (Chittick) Frederick. Kirk liked going to casinos and was a big sports fan. He loved Detroit Lions Football, U of M, and the Detroit Redwings. Kirk also enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Surviving are daughters, Sarah (Chase) Slater and Emily Frederick;
father, Jack Frederick;
sister, Sherri (Montee) Prieur;
grandchildren, Austin, Awna, Ashton Frederick and Maxx and Jase Bobo;
nieces, Ashley and Alyssa Beaudoin;
and numerous cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly.
