POTTER Gerald “Bumpa”- Of Flint, age 82, died Friday, September 21, 2018.
Funeral service will be held at 1pm Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home 1225 West Hill Road.
Visitation 10am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Burial in Riverside Cemetery in St. Charles Township, Michigan.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Gerald was born in Shiawassee County on October 25, 1935, the son of Lloyd and Mary (Zubek) Potter.
On April 4, 1959 he married Judy Fowler in St. Charles, Michigan and they had been married for 59 years. Gerald was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing with his boys and grandchildren. He also liked and occasional trip to the casino.
Surviving are children, Scott (Kristi) Potter and Rodney (Julie) Potter;
grandchildren, Joe Potter, Scotty (Ashley) Potter, Ashley (Josh) Snavely, Arieanna (Gannon) O'Reilly and Alexis Potter;
great-grandchildren, Trysten, Rylin, Reese Snavely, Nova and Dakota Potter.
He will be forever cherished and missed.
