FURISTER, Mrs. Wendy Ann (Latchaw) - age 48, of Flint, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, December 10, 2016 with a 10:00 am family hour at Sheldon T. Banks Funeral Chapel 3021 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI 49507. Bishop Raymond Dunlap officiating. The final resting place for Mrs. Furister will be Sunset Hills Association. Calling hours are 12:00 noon - 6:00 pm Thursday, December 8 and 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Friday, December 9, 2016 at Sheldon T. Banks Funeral Chapel.
Wendy was born June 21, 1968 in Flint Michigan the daughter of Lonnie and Ginger Latchaw. She was a Flint resident and a Davison High School graduate. She enjoyed taking care of her family, sitting on her porch visiting the neighbors, going to the cruise/Back to the Bricks with her Camaro, mowing her lawn, as girl she loved her horse cupcake and protecting her little brother Lonnie.
Wendy leaves to cherish her memory: husband Bobby Furister of nearly 25 years; daughter Danielle (Justin) Savage; son James (Morgan) Furister, granddaughter Skylar Kaye; son Bobby Furister, grandchildren Brittany (Justin) Duvall great-granddaughter Chloe; Brayden Furister; daughter Sheena Berg, grandchildren RJ, Otis and Thorin; daughter Anna (John) Cressey, grandchildren Jazmyn, Adien and Jace; parents Lonnie and Ginger Latchaw; brother Lonnie (Marcy) Latchaw, nephew Aaron; special uncle Jr Bair, several cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives including special friends Brian and Debbie Shayler and Steve Hardy.
