Davis, Gloria Louise of Flushing, age 82, died Saturday, February 13, 2016, at McLaren-Flint. Funeral services will be 1pm Thursday, February 18, 2016, at Rossell Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Christensen will officiate. Burial will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday and 12-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Gloria was born in Flushing, Michigan on May 9, 1933, the daughter of John and Theo (Manchester) Frost. She married Robert Davis in Davison, Michigan on September 20, 1952. Gloria loved knitting, quilting, cross stitching, and was an excellent cook. She enjoyed tending to her flower garden and taking care of her family.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Robert; sons, Robert Jr. (Kathy), George (Lisa), Rodney, Gordon; grandchildren, Tommy, Wade, Lisa, Deonna, Heather, Ciara; great-grandchildren, Levi, Rowdy, Mila; brother, Joe Frost; extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sue Ann; brother, Frank; and sister-in-law, Betty. |
