DYKA, DOROTHY DELORES age 93, died Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Hurley Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be 12:00 P.M. Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Church of the Divine Child Catholic Church, 1055 N. Silvery Lane, Dearborn Hts., MI 48132. With visitation two hours before Service. Fr. John Kopson officiating. Entombment at St. Hedwig Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI. Dorothy was born October 18, 1923 in Detroit, MI to parents Simon and Josephine (Winiarski) Mish. She retired after 32 years of customer service in 1989. During WWII she worked for Revere Copper and Brass working on parts for the Atomic Bomb. Surviving are husband of 62 years Richard; son Samuel (Gwyn) Dyka; grandchildren Andrea Dyka, Joseph Massimino, Michael (Sarah) Massimino, Andrew (Alexsis) Massimino, Paul (Crystol) Massimino; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
