MAGLOTHIN, Laura Rene - 4/12/1957 - 8/5/2017 – Flint, Age 60, passed away on Saturday, August 5th, 2017 at Henry Ford hospital in Detroit, MI. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 9th at 11:00 AM at Calvary Presbyterian Church, Richfield Rd. Flint, MI. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the service. Internment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in her memory, to any Michigan Humane Society or local animal rescue or shelter of your choice. Laura was born April 12th, 1957, daughter of Norm and Leona Paget. Her father preceded her in death in 2007. She married Patrick Maglothin in 1975. He died in 2003 of complications from his military service for our country. She was to be married to Dan Grossmeyer on August 10th, 2017. She was proud of her volunteer service at a VA hospital. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church. To cherish her memory, she is survived by her son, Patrick Ryan Maglothin; brother, Daniel Paget; mom, Leona Paget; fiance, Dan Grossmeyer, best very special friend, Tina Holland, a host of family and friends who were very special to her.
