Robert John McCloskey, a resident in Flint, Michigan, died July 19, 2020. Robert was born in October 24, 1955. The son of John Robert McCloskey Jr. and Helen Bobalik and Robert was number 3 of 5 children. He graduated from Northwestern High school in Flint Michigan. Robert is a wonderful man who lived a life filled with laughter. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life like going fishing, doing crossword puzzles, and playing cards with his family, especially euchre. Robert loved wholeheartedly and cherished the time spent with his family more than anything. He will be dearly missed by all the lives he touched. Robert is leaving behind his children Kayla (Ivan Jeffries) and Jeremy McCloskey, children's mother Juanita Daniel, siblings Mary (Robert) McDonald, James (Faith) McCloskey, John and William McCloskey, uncle Andrew Bobalik and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Robert was preceded in death by his parents John Jr and Helen (Bobalik) McCloskey. The family would like to thank the staff at Heartland Health Care Fostrian. The family will have a private funeral. |
