Finkbeiner, Barbara A., of Flushing, Michigan, died at McLaren-Flint on October 21, 2018. She was 83 years old. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. on Friday, October 26 at Rossell Funeral Home. Tammy Maginity to officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Thursday.
Barbara was born in Fairgrove, Michigan on June 12, 1935 to Melvin and Nellie Soper. She married Thomas Finkbeiner on September 7, 1963 in Mt. Morris, Michigan. She worked at AC Sparkplug for 38 years. In her free time she loved going shopping, going up north, and always made time for her weekly hair appointment. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her children, Dennis and wife Leigh Green, Douglas Green, Denise and husband Ryan Maginity; bonus son, Sal and wife Christine Ausiello; daughter-in-law and special friend, Lyndia (Mike) Poe; grandchildren, Amy and husband Tai, Douglas and wife Ashley, Owen, Sydney, Meryl (Dan), Yousef, Ali, Sarah; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Joyce Sparpanic. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, her parents, and siblings, Thelma and Dale.
