CHANDLER, Audrey Geraldine – Of Lennon, Michigan, age 62, died
Thursday, January 14, 2016 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Brad Lake
officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Audrey was born in Wilmington, North Carolina on September 22, 1953, daughter of the late JP and Emma Fowler. She moved to Michigan about 1969 and graduated from high school in 1971 from Carman.
Audrey was known for her cooking skills and her family was crazy about her chicken and dumplings, as well as her chocolate chip cookies. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed scrapbooking and spending time with her adored grandchildren.
Audrey was employed as a mail carrier and sorter for a number of years and also worked at Dawn Donuts.
Surviving are three children, Jeremy Miller and fiance Shuana Hill, Cletus and Annie Chandler,
three grandchildren, Wyatt, Austin and Truth Miller;
four brothers, three sisters; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
