Beasley, James “J.C.” 86, died Monday December 14, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. James was born on April 19, 1929 to his parents JB and Mary Beasley.
He was a hard working man, working for the City of Flint at Hurley Medical Center as a maintence man. He also worked at Michigan Lumber Company. He was a Korean War Veteran, where he served as a sergeant before being honorabley discharged. In his past time, he loved working hard in his garden. He had a recognizable laugh and a huge personality.
Surviving are three daughters; Irene Sims of Tennessee, Joyce (William) Simpson, and Freda (Eric) Johnson, both of Flint, Michigan. He also had two sons; John (Loretta) Tillman of Maryland and Rayree (Joyce) Beasley of Washington.
11 grand children: Kendall (Tianay), Katrina (Gino), Bill (Khaliah), LaFreda Joy (Nick), Roy (Megan), Marcus (Shana), Will, Erica, Twynette, LaToya, and Lee.
11 great-grand children and one great great grandchild.
Two sisters Rozella and Eddie Pearl. One brother Mex, all in Mississippi.
He was proceded in death by his beautiful wife, Stella Mae Beasley. One sister Julia Mae and two brothers Tyree and Otis.
He was well loved, and will deeply be missed.
